Privacy, DPO and interim regional enquiries go to admin@kaltiq.com. The registered entity name, physical address, registration number, formally appointed regional representatives and registered DMCA agent remain pending before production legal acceptance.

How the documents work together

The Terms govern use of the service. The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of those Terms. The Privacy Notice and regional supplement explain personal-data processing. The Cookie Notice covers device storage. The Retention Notice explains lifecycle rules. The Copyright Policy provides a specialised process for intellectual-property claims. If a mandatory local law conflicts with these documents, that law controls to the extent required.
