Acceptable Use & Fair Usage
The baseline rules that protect people, businesses and the reliability of Kaltiq.
Version 1.0 · Prepared 16 October 2026
This Policy applies to all accounts, content, chats, channels, calls, APIs, Business Profiles, numbers, KalCoins and connected devices. Context, public interest, newsworthiness and applicable law may affect enforcement, but no exception permits exploitation or imminent harm.
1. Illegal and dangerous activity
Do not use Kaltiq to commit, organise, facilitate, instruct or conceal crime; traffic people, weapons, controlled substances or stolen goods; evade sanctions; launder value; finance terrorism; make credible threats; solicit violence; or interfere with an investigation. Lawful discussion, prevention, reporting and documentary material may be permitted when presented responsibly.
2. Child safety and sexual exploitation
Zero tolerance applies to child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, sexualisation of minors, trafficking, or attempts to obtain or distribute exploitative material. Never share non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic content or threats to expose intimate material. Apparent violations may be preserved and reported to competent authorities or child-safety organisations as required by law.
3. Harassment, hate and privacy abuse
Do not threaten, stalk, dox, blackmail, repeatedly contact after a clear refusal, encourage self-harm, dehumanise protected groups, celebrate violent attacks, impersonate others, or expose private identifiers, location, credentials, medical or financial information without lawful authority. Location and call-recording features may never be used for covert surveillance.
4. Fraud, deception and unlawful solicitation
Do not run phishing, romance/investment/employment scams, pyramid schemes, fake support, deceptive giveaways, chargeback abuse, forged verification, counterfeit sales or misleading Business Profiles. Unsolicited bulk marketing, unlawful commercial or sexual solicitation, lead harvesting, contact-list scraping and repeated promotional messaging without required consent are prohibited.
5. Spam, automation and platform manipulation
Do not mass-create accounts; buy, sell or rent accounts/numbers; automate messaging without an approved API; manipulate delivery/read signals, trends, ratings or reports; coordinate fake engagement; harvest directories; evade blocks; or use multiple accounts, proxies or devices to bypass limits or enforcement.
6. Security and service integrity
Do not introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, probe without written authorisation, intercept traffic, obtain credentials, overload systems, attack calls/TURN infrastructure, bypass DRM/access controls, reverse engineer beyond non-waivable law, scrape non-public data, or use Kaltiq infrastructure for cryptomining, denial-of-service or another service’s traffic.
7. Intellectual property
Do not upload or distribute material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, database or other rights. Do not remove rights-management information or circumvent technological protection measures. See the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
8. Regulated and high-risk uses
Kaltiq may not be used as an emergency service, clinical system, financial institution, public telephone network, government identity, escrow service or regulated record system unless Kaltiq expressly signs a product agreement for that purpose. Do not provide personalised medical, legal, investment or credit decisions while misrepresenting qualifications.
9. Business and commerce
Businesses must comply with licensing, advertising, consumer, tax, product-safety, privacy, marketing and refund law; disclose sponsored communications; avoid prohibited goods; and protect customer information. Verification is not endorsement. Kaltiq may require evidence, pause listings or preserve transaction records.
10. Fair usage
Service plans are designed for ordinary human communication. Kaltiq may publish or dynamically enforce reasonable limits for message/call velocity, recipients, group/channel size, uploads, storage, API calls, login attempts, OTPs, device count and payment verification. Limits may vary by risk, plan, geography and capacity. We may slow, queue, challenge or temporarily restrict disproportionate use before suspension. Genuine accessibility, safety and approved business/API needs may request review.
11. Enforcement and reporting
Actions may include warning, content removal, reach reduction, rate limiting, feature restriction, transaction hold, identifier quarantine, temporary suspension, device/IP block, permanent ban or deletion. Severity, intent, harm, recurrence, cooperation and legal duties inform the response. Report violations to abuse@kaltiq.com. Good-faith appeals may be sent to appeals@kaltiq.com.
