How rights holders and users can report and contest alleged infringement.
Version 1.0 · Prepared 16 October 2026
1. Respect for rights
Users may upload or transmit only content they own, are licensed to use, or may lawfully use. Kaltiq may remove or restrict content, preserve evidence, and suspend or terminate repeat or serious infringers in appropriate circumstances.
2. Copyright notice
A rights holder or authorised agent should send a signed notice containing: identification of the copyrighted work; identification and sufficient location of the allegedly infringing material; the claimant’s name and contact details; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the sender is authorised; and a physical or electronic signature.
POC notices may be sent to Kaltiq at www.kaltiq.com, Attn: Copyright Contact, admin@kaltiq.com. This is an interim reporting route, not a completed US DMCA agent designation; the required name, physical address, telephone number and Copyright Office registration remain pending.
3. Counter-notice
A user who believes material was removed by mistake or misidentification may submit a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and its prior location, stating under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal was mistaken, and providing the user’s name, address, telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g), and acceptance of service from the original claimant. Kaltiq may forward the counter-notice and restore material within the statutory process unless the claimant reports a court action.
4. Repeat infringers and abuse
Kaltiq maintains a repeat-infringer policy appropriate to the circumstances. It considers substantiated notices, counter-notices, court outcomes, account relationships and attempts to evade enforcement. Kaltiq may terminate serious or repeated infringers. Fraudulent or knowingly material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create liability and may lead to account action.
5. Non-US reports
Rights holders outside the United States may use the same contact and should identify the applicable right, country, ownership evidence, exact content and requested action. Kaltiq will apply the procedure required by applicable law, including any platform notice-and-action duties.
6. DRM and access controls
Users must not circumvent technological protection measures, copy protected streams, remove rights-management information, forge ownership metadata, traffic in circumvention tools, or bypass access restrictions, except where a mandatory legal exception expressly permits it. This rule does not prohibit legitimate interoperability, security research or other protected activity to the extent law makes it non-waivable.
7. Trademarks and impersonation
Trademark, passing-off and impersonation complaints should identify the mark, registration or rights basis, territory, complained-of use and why it is confusing or harmful. Submit them to abuse@kaltiq.com. This copyright process does not decide ordinary commercial disputes.
